N.K.Gaba & Co. was established in 1982 by CA. N.K. Gaba. The firm works from its office in Phagwara, Punjab, for individuals, partnership firms, private limited companies and public sector undertakings in Punjab and elsewhere.
The Doaba region has a large Non-Resident Indian population, and NRI taxation and compliance is a significant part of the firm’s work.
The firm’s areas of practice are GST, income tax, audit and assurance, NRI taxation, service tax (legacy matters), project finance and company law.
Peer review
The firm holds the Peer Review Certificate issued by the Peer Review Board of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and has held it continuously for over 15 years. Peer review is ICAI’s process by which practising firms are reviewed by fellow members for compliance with professional standards.
